**Switch:** All users

**Non-switch:** Logged askers

## Create a Request for a proposal <a href="#id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-createarequestforproposal" id="id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-createarequestforproposal"></a>

Users can create a request for proposal through the Front interface, by clicking the “Publish your Request for proposal.

The process is described in the following article: [Listing deposit (RFP rendering type)](/v2.0/front-office/rendering-types/uncommoditized-rendering-types/request-for-proposal-rfp/create-a-request-for-proposal-rfp.md)

Once at least one Request for proposal is created, a user can view all of his “Request for Proposals” in the user dashboard’s Request for proposal section.

## Read a Request for proposal <a href="#id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-readarequestforproposal" id="id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-readarequestforproposal"></a>

The edition part of a Request for proposal in RFP mode is similar to the basic one described in the following article: [Listings dashboard (Time-Based rendering type)](/v2.0/front-office/rendering-types/commoditized-rendering-types/time-based/edit-a-listing-time-based.md)

In the RFP Request for proposal dashboard users do not have the section about:

* Price and conditions
* Settings
* Calendar

### Dates <a href="#id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-dates" id="id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-dates"></a>

In this section, the asker can manage dates linked to his request for proposal

#### Service execution dates <a href="#id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-serviceexecutiondates" id="id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-serviceexecutiondates"></a>

The service execution date is about settings the start date and end date the asker would like the service to be performed.

By filling dates (figure 1) it will be suggested in the bid to the offeror but the offeror can update it. It is not fixed dates.

<figure><img src="/files/P7syE1VuHH4slpOUJbZg" alt=""><figcaption><p>figure 1</p></figcaption></figure>

#### End date <a href="#id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-enddate" id="id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-enddate"></a>

The end date (figure 2), is the date when the asker will stop receiving bids from offerors, according to the number of bids the dates can be updated.

<figure><img src="/files/Xi1tBPuiep0WI868rh9M" alt=""><figcaption><p>figure 2</p></figcaption></figure>

## Update a Request for a proposal <a href="#id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-updatearequestforproposal" id="id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-updatearequestforproposal"></a>

### Update the status <a href="#id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-updatethestatus" id="id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-updatethestatus"></a>

Once the asker has accepted a bid, he can close the Request for Proposal he has published, to do so he can click the button “Close this RFP” (figure 3), at the top left corner and the status will be updated to “Hidden”

<figure><img src="/files/NLx611Ci4NQa3yvuPtMh" alt=""><figcaption><p>figure 3</p></figcaption></figure>

By closing the request for proposal, the request will not be seen by other users on the platform.

Other parts of the Request for proposal edition can be updated the same way it has been created.

## Delete a Request for a proposal <a href="#id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-deletearequestforproposal" id="id-1.14.x-requestforproposalsdashboard-rfpbundle-deletearequestforproposal"></a>

To delete a Request for proposal users can follow the same process as the basic mode, described in the following article: [Delete a listing](#id-1.14.x-listingsdashboard-basicsolution-deletealisting)
